01Can I try Gasflow before I buy?+
Yes. Open the live demo ([email protected] / GasflowDemo1) to explore a complete distributor's business: sales, cylinders, udhaar, deliveries and reports, with sample data that resets every night. When you're ready, create your own free account; your data is private and never reset.
02Is there a free Gasflow mobile app?+
Yes. Gasflow includes three free Android apps with your software: Gasflow Business for owners (profit and loss, cash flow, branches, team), Gasflow Team for counter staff (sales, cylinders, stock, invoices) and Gasflow Delivery for drivers (route, cash to collect, proof of delivery). They use your existing Gasflow login, work in English and Urdu, and cost nothing extra. Ask us on WhatsApp for the app link.
03Is Gasflow suitable for small LPG businesses?+
Yes: Gasflow is designed for businesses of every size, from a single-shop retailer to a large multi-branch distributor. Start on the Free plan to test the platform, then upgrade when you're ready. See current pricing on the Pricing page.
04How secure is my business data?+
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with automated backups on secure cloud infrastructure. Your data is accessible only to your organization.
05Can I manage multiple branches?+
Yes. Gasflow supports multi-branch management: track stock, sales, and staff across every branch from a single dashboard, with each branch able to be on its own plan tier.
06Do you provide training and support?+
Yes: onboarding support is provided for you and your team, and our support team is reachable via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
07Does Gasflow work without an internet connection?+
Gasflow is cloud-based, so an active internet connection is needed to record sales, view stock, and sync data. A stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection at each branch is recommended.
08Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any branch's plan at any time based on your business needs, there's no long-term lock-in.
09Can I track individual cylinders, not just stock counts?+
Yes. Every physical cylinder gets its own record, code, status, gas left, who holds it now and which purchase it came from, plus branch transfers, maintenance, loss and depreciation tracking.
10Can my drivers use it on their phones for deliveries?+
Yes. Drivers get a phone-first portal with today's route and stops; they confirm each delivery with the customer's signature and GPS location, and cash collected is recorded automatically.
11Is Gasflow available in Urdu?+
Yes. The whole app switches between English and Urdu (right-to-left), so owners, cashiers and drivers can each work in the language they prefer.
12How does the daily cash register work?+
You open the register with an opening balance each day, Gasflow calculates the expected cash from sales, collections, expenses and loans, and you close it by entering the counted amount. Once a day is closed its sales, expenses and purchases lock.
